Gettys Interiors designed the property’s public areas and guestrooms to create a soothing, nature-inspired atmosphere, as the property seeks to further position Rochester as a destination for health and wellness. The interior design and exterior architecture takes cues from local geology and seasonal transitions to deliver a modern, urban sanctuary welcoming both guests in need of therapeutic rest and travelers seeking a smart, sophisticated stay. Contemporary design elements like different tiles, stones and woods thoughtfully channel the natural environs of Minnesota.

Clean lines layered with welcoming touch points create an arrival that feels balanced and elegant. The entrance is marked by a sparkling glass canopy and curtain wall that gives way to rich wood, stone, and metal accents that reflect the nature-focused interior design. Everlasting Hope, a 20-foot Neo-Impressionist art piece, anchors the backlit reception area. Comprised of a salon, gathering space and library, the lobby provides a variety of distinct activated and secluded seated areas. Nature and wellness-inspired art surrounds each area, and a staircase creates a focal point. The architectural element features handcrafted wooden rails and granite stairs.

Accessible guestrooms and suites, complete with Cambria countertops with a custom-designed stone pattern, provide a comfortable and relaxing space for every guest.
