When our due diligence showed that an existing structure could not be renovated to adequately fit the market’s unique needs, we worked with Marriott to create a new TownePlace Suites on the one-acre lot. With over 8 million square feet of office space surrounding the property, and nearby attractions like Bridgestone Arena and Music City Center, our research showed an affordable hotel brand would be best positioned for success in this up-and-coming submarket. The hotel includes a complimentary breakfast area, exercise facilities, meeting spaces and a business center. To integrate local flavor, the ground-floor retail space houses an independent coffee shop, and the rooftop bar offers unparalleled views of the State Capitol. A natural oasis that celebrates the fauna and history of central Tennessee, TownePlace Suites Nashville is a calming, comfortable, and current space. With a focus on nature, the guestrooms offer a functional and serene environment with hues of blues and greens.
Moonshot Coffee Bar combines a modern aesthetic with vintage-influenced details, promising an easygoing, friendly atmosphere that seamlessly transitions to serve guests throughout the day.
The name Moonshot is a reference to the nearby ballpark; the term refers to a home run characterized by its great height. The word also evokes celestial symbols that inspired the brand identity.
The brand identity is designed to feel simultaneously retro-inspired and modern, with colors of the night sky and celestial illustrations adding visual interest that reinforces the brand name. The Interior space continues the retro-modern feel, with retro tile that carries up the coffee counter, a blend of colorful banquettes and fresh aqua-green stools, and large overhead pendants and ambient lighting details.
Zeppelin epitomizes cool in an ethereal way—glowing, iridescent, glossy and enticingly unexpected for this classic country city. The Interior space is designed to elevate both literally and figuratively; a rooftop retreat that transports visitors into the clouds with open-air architecture and light finishes. An exposed all-white ceiling creates a loft-like ambiance, while the 18-seat central bar is appointed with white metal, soft wood and a finely detailed stone top.
Zeppelin’s brand identity needed to match its iridescent, carefree vibe: light, airy and endlessly interesting. We created a custom wordmark that is edgy and bold, paired with intricate geometric shapes and patterns. A light color palette is infused with holographic foil details, adding depth to the branding.
