Gettys ONE Director Erin Heckert’s insights were featured in a recent Lodging article titled, “The Renovation Equation: Forces at Play in the Select-Service Refresh Cycle,” which covers some of the current trends in the select-service segment of the hospitality industry.
In the article, Heckert writes, “These market forces, combined with higher-than-ever consumer expectations, are driving an increased number of renovations in the hospitality industry, and we’ve noticed a particularly strong cycle in the select-service sector.”
