Business Development Proposal Coordinator

The Business Development Proposal Coordinator coordinates all client proposals and presentations, and interfaces with all groups across the organization including Ridgeline Development Partners, Outside Agency, Gettys Interiors, Populate Procurement and Gettys ONE. The role works closely with the Executive and Business Development teams on a daily basis, reports to the Senior Director of Business Development and contributes to the growth and development of The Gettys Group Companies.


Required Skills

  • Prepare and produce customized, client-specific proposals and qualifications packages in response to RFPs and RFQs

  • Manage Salesforce CRM and Open Asset database while interfacing with appropriate third-party representatives

  • Ensure project pipeline, projected sales data and records are complete and accurate

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project and team information files for business development and marketing purposes

  • Provide support to the Business Development team as it relates to client communication, collateral and conferences

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Interface with OneNote and Smartsheet

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Skilled in visual information design and layout

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing

  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of AEC/Hospitality and marketing communications experience.
