The Gettys Branding team collaborated with Brintons to find new ways to increase awareness of the Brintons brand in the US, and enhance the brand’s present sales and marketing tools.
We employed a combination of ﬁeld research and an online survey preceding a 3-day workshop, which we created to identify and conceptualize a multi-phased strategic plan for growth. As facilitator and contributor, Gettys provided insights and tools for Design Thinking, Business Visualization and Market Survey Results. We orchestrated several workshop challenges to drive big ideas that could potentially lead to significant improvements.
Our work resulted in a detailed executive team and consumer view of the present Brintons brand, increased social media buzz and a 12-part growth strategy reinforcing their collaborative mission.
