Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who will support us in the implementation of Marketing and PR projects to promote The Gettys Group brand. The Marketing Coordinator must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



  • Monitor, analyze, and conduct research on current marketing trends to identify opportunities for enhancing our overall marketing efforts.
  • Write, edit, and proof various marketing materials including blogs, email newsletters, social media content, pitch decks, case studies, and website updates.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing team, encompassing tasks such as scheduling meetings, project management, event coordination, award submissions, and managing communications with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain the Marketing project sheet and Editorial calendar across all channels for efficient planning and execution.
  • Manage client email list and vendor contact list for streamlined communication and relationship management.
  • Champion social media opportunities within the team, driving engagement and visibility across relevant platforms.
  • Plan and oversee the team’s participation in conferences, events, and meetings to maximize exposure and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee the inventory, organization, and production management of marketing collateral.
  • Implement day-to-day updates to guarantee projects are delivered punctually and within budget. Facilitate leadership reviews and approvals on project deliverables.
  • Provide flexible administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of marketing initiatives.

  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (must)
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing, WordPress.
  • Experience with Adobe Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (plus)


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of business development, marketing, or communications experience. A focus in the design, hospitality, or luxury industry is preferred.
