This role oversees Branding Creative for all client and internal projects.
The Creative Director serves as the creative compass for the internal team, guiding all projects and ensuring the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. The Creative Director will both manage and contribute to the work product, leading brainstorms, generating big ideas, and executing creative work. The Creative Director is a key member of the creative team, possessing a deep understanding of storytelling, branding, typography, and both print and digital design. They are a very strong conceptual thinker, and can translate clients’ business needs into fresh, innovative, beautiful and workable solutions, partnering with designers & copywriters to bring concepts to life. They are comfortable explaining their ideas to members at all levels of the organization, and can confidently present the team’s work in the delivery of successful client presentations. They are a voice for the bigger picture and is willing to challenge thinking and convention when needed and appropriate.
